Himesh Reshammiya made his debut with Salman Khan’s Pyar Kiya To Darna Kya in 1998. He has also composed for his films including Tere Naam, Bodyguard and Prem Ratan Dhan Payo. The music composer calls Salman Khan to be the backbone of his success.
Himesh Reshammiya Credits Salman For His Success
Himesh had his latest album with T-Series “Aap Se Mausiiquii”. Salman was very kind with Himesh and he liked the title song.
“Salman bhai loved the video, the way it was looking and even the sound. I am very happy for that. I am indebted to him. He has been the backbone of my success. I am always looking forward to working with him.”
Salman Khan has also approved of his ‘bank of tones’ which he will be using whenever he feels right. Himesh or his team never questions him. Since Salman has been his mentor, he is always ready to stand by his every decision.

Other Major Projects
Apart from films, Himesh Reshammiya is also working on his passionate project titled ‘Himesh Reshammiya and the jewels of India’.
“I had a bank of 700 songs, for a new project I am coming up with called ‘Himesh Reshammiya and the jewels of India’ which is a very big project. It’ll take the individual album and independent music to another level. For the last two years I’ve been very busy composing songs for this.”
Himesh puts on all his efforts and hard work while composing his songs but composing an album requires more hard work that a film’s track. Film has many elements in it apart from the song but an album connects direct with the listeners. There are no other barriers, says Himesh.
He further adds that album consists of pure music. It leaves a direct impact on listeners so engaging them in the songs in most essential.
