Address Changing Trend Among BTown Celebs
A major shift is happening these days in Bollywood especially among young stars. Several actors have changed their addresses over the past two years. Few more names will add to the list very soon. Alia Bhatt recently shifted out of her parents’ home to a new apartment with elder sister Shaheen. Varun Dhawan will also be moving into the same building where his parents stay in Juhu as soon as he gets time. Sushant Singh Rajput’s new bachelor pad is very well done as the reports suggest.
Priyanka Chopra, on the other hand might stay for long off shores. So, she is also busy scouting homes in America. Everyone’s reasons may vary but most of the young brigade has new addresses. Here is an insight.

Alia Bhatt
Alia has recently shifted to her new flat. It is only a few minutes from her parents’ house in Juhu. The house has been renovated by director Vikas Bahl’s former wife Richa Dubey. Looking at the space and privacy issues Alia faced at her parents, she moved in here.
Ranbir Kapoor
Ranbir moved out of his parents Pali Hill Bungalow, Krishnaraj to a sea faced duplex in Silver Sands, Carter Road with his then girlfriend Katrina Kaif. After their break-up, he shifted in a building ‘Wits End on Hill Road’ (Bandra) owned by his parents.
After Krishnaraj was razed, Rishi and Neetu moved in and Ranbir shifted to his grandmother’s house at Deonar. He will soon be shifting to another building Vastu, which is very close to Krishnaraj.
But even this is temporary. Ranbir may shift in with mom and dad after Krishnaraj is ready.
Parineeti Chopra
After searching for a dozen of dream homes since 2014, Parineeti finally opted a sea facing flat at Quantum Park off Carter Road in 2015. Preity Zinta also lives in the same building. Before moving here, Parineeti had occupied homes on rent in Andheri.
Shahid Kapoor
Shahid took almost a year to finalise a flat in Juhu. A few months before he got married to Mira Rajput, he stayed a floor away from his father in Versova. His current home is more than a mile away from his dad’s residence.
Hrithik Roshan
Soon after his divorce with Suzzane Khan, Hrithik shifted from his parents’ home. His current residence Prime Beach Apartments, Juhu is only minutes from Rakesh and Pinky Roshan’s house. The house was renovated in parts for more than a year by John Abraham’s architect brother.

Anushka Sharma
Anushka lives in a great flat in Andheri but she might be shifting to a new place in midtown.
Sonam Kapoor
Sonam might move into her duplex at Bandra Kurla Complex. The signature island is close to the American consulate. However, daddy is not very keen for his daughter leaving the house. Being a family girl, she might not change her place.
Priyanka Chopra
After her dad’s demise, Priyanka started hunting for an independent home. Karmayog Apartments, her current residence in Juhu offers a beautiful view of the city landscape. Priyanka loves to be with her family. Her mom Dr. Madhu Chopra often stays with her in new place. She is also looking for a home in America considering her off shore ventures.
Sushant Singh Rajput
The actor shared an apartment with former girlfriend Ankita Lokhande in Malad. After their break-up, he shifted to Little Heights Building in Bandra. Also, before coming here, he spent many days in a plush hotel suite.
