Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming directorial Padmavati starring Shahid Kapoor and the love birds Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone has been the topic of the town for several reasons, earlier it was rumored that Padmavati’s is the reason for their alleged breakup.
Another reason that Padmavati landed on the board is that Deepika Padukone has been paid more fees than other two actors.

Well, according to the buzz Deepika Padukone has demanded a sum of 12 crores for Padmavati and Shahid and Ranveer will be paid around 8-9 crores. In a recent interview Ranveer Singh was asked about Deepika’s fees being more than him in SLB’s Padmavati.
Ranveer Singh answered so distinctively –
“Let me put it this way. If I am the leading man of the film and the filmmaker is asking me to support him in a certain aspect so as not to burden the budget of the film, I will do whatever I can to support the vision,”
Ranveer Singh answer has made it all clear right? In the film Shahid Kapoor will portray the role of Raja Ratan Singh (Padmavati’s husband), Ranveer Singh will play as Alauddin Khilji and of course the leading lady Padmavati is Deepika Padukone. Bollywood actress Aditi Rao Hydari has also been signed to play as Ranveer Singh’s favorite Begum.
The movie is slated to go on the floors by November 2017.
