Bollywood hottie and the newbie of the tinsel town Harshvardhan Kapoor is just a movie old guy and the directors are eagerly looking forward to work with him. Mirzya starring Harshvardhan Kapoor and Saiyami Kher is all set to on the floors by 7th October 2016.
Sriram’s release Badlapur which stars Varun Dhawan and Yami Gautam in the lead roles gained a huge amount the box office. The director was very keen to work with Varun again in his next directorial, but Varun himself stepped out of it.
Directors Confirmed About Varun’s Replacement
The director Sriram Raghavan stated that –
“The film is in progress, but not with Varun. It is a black comedy with a thriller element to it.”
The story is all about a blind musician, who fakes being blind. According to the reports, Varun Dhawan didn’t want to play as the blind man and also the film with the same script is gonna be release next year. Yes. Hrithik Roshan’s Kaabil’s also revolves around the same plot.
Source revealed –
“There’s already another film, ‘Kaabil’, about a blind man coming before that and Varun was uncomfortable playing a blind man so soon after that.”
“Playing a blind man entails a lot of research and time and the actor wants to focus on commercial entertainers right now. There would be obvious comparisons with Hrithik. Moreover, VD wasn’t convinced about the film’s commercial viability and so, turned it down.” – source adds

Also the actor Harshvardhan Kapoor confirmed about his new film –
“Yes, I love Sriram’s films. When I heard the idea, I literally jumped at it. It’s incredible. It’s yet another thriller from him.”
