Vidya Has Never Been This Powerful
Kahaani franchise has been a riddle every time. Whether it is the pregnant Vidya Balan who looks for her husband or now what she looks like in the trailer, a mother. But as we have learnt from the last round, Kahaani cannot be taken on its face value. We don’t know what lies beneath.
Being a Sujoy Ghosh’s film, it will definitely hit hard and the impact will be a long one. Starring Vidya Balan and Arjun Rampal in lead, the story is of a woman who gets threatening call and rushes to her daughter. In the hurry, she meets with an accident and lands in coma. Arjun is the cop who is investigating the case. The hit and run case soon turns out to be a mystery of secrets incorporating murder, kidnapping and a child amongst all.
Kahaani 2 is eagerly awaited and the posters and trailer keep the anticipation even higher. Our curiosity lies on the central character Durga Rani Singh which is played by Vidya Balan.

Director’s Tweet
The trailer is high on emotions but equally powerful. Director Sujoy Ghosh tweeted few details this morning disclosing Kahaani 2’s run time to be 1 hour 59 minutes. He also shared another poster from the film.

Kahaani 2 is directed and co-produced by Sujoy Ghosh. The film releases on December 2.
