Superstar Amitabh Bachchan is one such actor who still seems to be young with his work energy. With each passing year, Big B brings something extraordinary for the audience, the recent one being Tata Sky’s television commercial. It was Big B’s 74th birthday on October 11 and he has given yet another surprise, the first animated superhero series- Astra Force.
Astra Force – First Animated Superhero Series By Big B
Graphic India and Disney have released the first look of Amitabh’s first superhero series on his birthday. Bachchan, who has earlier played superhero on silver screen in Ajooba, plays the character of a mythical hero Astra the Immortal in Astra Force.
The superhero has been modeled on Amitabh and he has also lent his voice for the character in the series.

The Story
Astra Force is an action adventure series. The series is funny and fast paced. Two 8 years old twin brother and sister embark on an adventure where they accidentally wake up the immortal mythical superhero- Astra from his long hibernation.
Collectively, they save the universe from super villains and giant monsters who are determined to rule the galaxy. The kids also teach Astra about the modern world during their battles to save the galaxy.
Disney’s View On Big B
Astra Force was a special surprise for Big B fans on the special occasion of his birthday.
Siddharth Roy Kapoor, the managing director of Disney India says,

Disney has been entertaining kids and families through a range of high quality animated series and Astra Force adds another in the existing line.
