It is very well known that Bollywood actress Vidya Balan loves being the traditional diva all the time. Every time in the events or any other social gatherings she has been spotted wearing traditional sarees and jhumkas.
But you won’t believe the price of traditional jhumkas she used to wear at some point of time. The worth of the jhumkas when her mom used to give her was of rs 5/- only. Vidya Balan was invited to inaugurate the brand’s showroom of Senco Gold & Diamonds where she talked about her old days.
Love Being Traditional – Vidya Balan
The actress who emanates elegance when dressing in sarees or any other traditional wear with heavy jewellery, recollected her old days on Wednesday, while she was the ambassador of Signature Senco Golds & diamonds she said –
“I started with small jhumkas which we got for Rs 5, and by god’s grace I have now progressed… I sometimes wear those small jhumkas parents get you made as children when I am not in the mood to dress up much.”
